I saw a car accident happen and went to see if everything was okay..unfortunately i gave out my name and phone number…now the attorney of one of people involved in the car accident called me on the phone and left a message….what will happen if i dont call them back…

i dont want to get involved in this..what do i do? am in trouble if i dont call these people back and just ignore them?

I was involved in the motorcycle accident , where a car( a limousine) has crossed my path to make illigal U turn and caused a collision in which i was thrown 200 feet off my bike landed on my chest ,i was in ICU for 3 days ,couldnt walk for 2 months due to ligament damage in my legs and had a broken bone in my foot , that happened in 2003 , now the attorney that my girlfriend picked out has been waiting for the case to settle and he’s hoping to get $25k , when i talk to him he gives me dates that are always at the end of the months 26 27 and so on , i would like to know ,if i can find out that maybe he has settled the case and kept the money ?

My father died and I signed a paper of cremation . Now his sisters want me to sign paper of power of attorney. I want to see if he had insurance or any kind of asset to help me pay for his cremation. I have not seen this man in 21 years I dont feel I should carry this burden alone. Also he died in a car accident .
