When ever you get into an accident, you need representation.

The insurance company is out to beat you. Its the insurance company job to avoid responsibility & save money and the attorney obviously would have them to accept liability and get the money you deserve for your pain and suffering, mental anguish and stress.

I am a paralegal, im not playing Devils advocate here, im here to help and educate the victims of accidents.

Please this is not a solicitation attempt, last time I tried giving legal advice and about 4 idiots reported me. If you dont have any education in the legal field, leave your comments at home.

I reported the claim to my insurance company anticpating the other driver would be after me (claimed to work for attorney who deals in car accident cases). We have not been able to contact the other driver and it has been 6 weeks from the date of the accident. She wrote down her name, address and policy number, but the policy number is no good (maybe written incorrectly) and I don’t have a phone number. What will happen if the other driver never responds?
