The insurance company is out to beat you. Its the insurance company job to avoid responsibility & save money and the attorney obviously would have them to accept liability and get the money you deserve for your pain and suffering, mental anguish and stress.
I am a paralegal, im not playing Devils advocate here, im here to help and educate the victims of accidents.
Please this is not a solicitation attempt, last time I tried giving legal advice and about 4 idiots reported me. If you dont have any education in the legal field, leave your comments at home.

It’s a catch-22. Hire a mediocre attorney, and you’ll get exactly waht the insurance company will pay you, but you have to pay legal fees. Hire a GREAT attorney, and you can get a better settlement, but pay still more in legal fees. You have a great point. I wanted to get into the PI field before law school but now I just want to do transactional law because of the reps these PI attorneys have. Plus they’re terrible people to work for…am I right?
